From the login page click the 'Forgot Password' link

Click forgot password link

Enter your registered email address and click 'Reset Password'

Request Reset Password

Email not recognised The email address must be the one registered with us and all lower case with no spaces

Wrong email address 

Reset Link Expired The link is valid for 30 minutes and can only be used once but you can request another one from the link

Reset expired 

Missing or Invalid Token? Copy the full link from the email and paste it into your URL bar
